Experience report: exhibition center at ITB Berlin for Multilem Middle East
As an experienced team for high -quality exhibition centering, we were able to implement one of the most exciting projects of the season: three days of culinary full care at ITB Berlin for our customers Multile Middle East, an international trade fair builder. What sounds like classic standcatering quickly developed into a complex full service project with special challenges and many guests from all over the world. In our experience report we show how we experienced these exciting days.
Starting position: international expectations, the highest demands
Multilem realized the booth of a renowned tourism provider from the Middle East at ITB. The aim was to receive the stand visitors with excellent catering and the best service - from the first coffee in the morning to the last drink in the evening. Several hundred international guests were expected every day: VIPs, organizers, media and decision -makers from the tourism industry. Our task: to ensure a smooth process and at the same time to create culinary experiences that are remembered.
Challenge: Exhibition Catering as a logistics masterpiece
The ITB Berlin is not only the largest tourism fair in the world, but also a logistical heavyweight. In order for everything to work "just in time", we created a meticulous schedule in advance: delivery times, charging zones, safety passes, team shuttles, equipment and structure had to be coordinated. At the same time, it was important to us to integrate us seamlessly into the Multilem team - for professional and harmonious cooperation right at the stand.
The logistics planning not only included the time process, but also the coordination with technicians, designers and project managers. Each handle had to sit to combine perfect presentation and enjoyment within the narrow trade fair time plan.
Our concept: diversity, freshness and brand message
- Changing daily Breakfast offer With fresh pastries, seasonal fruits and homemade muesli
- Lunch station With two warm menus: vegetarian & with meat, freshly arranged on site
- Live station for freshly pressed Juices, coffee specialties and soft drinks
- Snacks & desserts: oriental inspired, classic European
- On-site service through our trained, multilingual staff
In addition, we attached particular importance to the sensory quality: smell, presentation and temperatureization of the dishes were so coordinated that they optimally fit into the status design and the customer's brand. Catering thus became an integrative part of brand staging.
Result: enjoyment meets absolute reliability
In the three -day trade fair, we were able to demonstrate what Professional exhibition center in Berlin can afford. The supply was running on time, the feedback from the stand visitors was consistently positive. Many guests stayed at the booth significantly longer, not least thanks to the inviting ambient and the culinary offer. Our team scored through specialist knowledge, multilingualism and service orientation.
We were also able to serve the high frequency and changing requirements of various visitor groups-such as VIP receptions, spontaneous press briefings or exclusive discussions with tourism delegations. Here the advantage of a well -established, experienced team with high adaptability was shown.
Customer voice & feedback
The feedback from Multilem Middle East was clear: "The catering team was always professional, discreet and extremely committed. Our international guests feel comfortable-and that is a decisive contribution to the success of the exhibition stand." Such voices confirm our claim and motivate us to grow beyond us on every order.
Conclusion: catering as an experience and success factor
The project at ITB Berlin has once again shown: First-class event and exhibition catering is more than just supply. It is an experience, a means of communication and an element of successful brand staging. We thank our customer Multilem Middle East for trust and are proud to have been part of this international trade fair appearance.
Our claim remains:
Enjoyment, structure and hospitality in perfection - for every trade fair, every event, every brand.
